Tomikubo Hand Made Udon 富久保手打烏冬 – Hong Kong

My foodie aunt knew I love udon so she recommended Tomikubo.  In her opinion, Tomikubo has the best udon in Hong Kong while Mochi Cafe has good udon, but better soup base.

So after eating Movenpick, we made our way to the Harbour City food court for udon! See, they make the udon right on the spot!

I ordered the plain udon set which came with takoyaki and radish.  The udon was very chewy and bouncy, more so than Mochi Cafe. The soup base is very salty and I prefer the soup base at Mochi.  Nothing special with the takoyaki but the radish was soooo soft it practically melted in my mouth!

FAIM? OUI OUI!!
